Job offer : Automated Process Operator M/F

Reporting to the Production Manager, you ensure the operation and monitoring of an automated installation for the preparation and pasteurization of liquid egg products.

In this capacity, your main missions are as follows

• Prepare production runs by reviewing the schedule, preparing the installations, and transferring egg products from the breaking plant to the preparation tanks.
• Perform dosing and prepare mixtures in accordance with production sheets, ensuring compliance with recipes and defined parameters.
• Operate the pasteurization installation from your supervision screen and directly on the field, monitoring temperature, flow, pressure, and holding time parameters.
• Launch and monitor the various production batches, ensuring parameter stability and compliance with pasteurization conditions.
• Analyze potential process drifts: alarms, temperature, flow, or pressure variations... You perform an initial diagnosis and intervene within your scope before requesting maintenance or your manager if necessary.
• Control product quality and safety by performing scheduled sampling, monitoring critical parameters, and ensuring the traceability of controls.
• Operate cleaning operations (CIP): launching programs, monitoring cycles, checking temperatures and concentrations, verifying circuits, filters, and connections.
• Ensure the traceability of operations by filling out production documents, quality controls, pasteurization curves, and cleaning records.
• Coordinate your activity with the various workshops, including the breaking plant, packaging, washing, maintenance, and quality, to ensure process continuity.
• Ensure the handover of instructions to the next shift and contribute to supporting new employees on the process operation.
• Participate in continuous improvement by identifying optimization paths regarding cycle times, production changes, consumption, and installation operation.

Mastery of the specific process for egg products is mainly acquired in the field.

From your integration, you benefit from a progressive on-the-job training path, accompanied by experienced operators.

You will gradually learn to master

• the circuits and overall operation of the installation; supervision screens; the various preparation and manufacturing stages; pasteurization parameters; batch sequences; CIP operations; identification and management of production contingencies.

This training will allow you to gradually acquire complete autonomy on the installation.

Your profileWith a Bac to Bac+2 level education in installation operation, process control, agri-food industry, dairy industry, bio-industries, production, or industrial maintenance, you ideally have initial experience in operating an installation or controlling an industrial process.

Have you never worked with egg products? This is not a barrier.

Have you already operated an installation, monitored a process, or controlled an automated line? Your profile may interest us.

You are comfortable with computer tools and supervision screens and know how to monitor various production parameters.

Your rigor, your ability to apply procedures, and your aptitude to analyze a situation and react in case of anomaly will be your main assets to succeed in this position.

Particular attention is paid to compliance with hygiene, safety, quality, and traceability rules.
