Your daily missions

Business development & Customer relations: You develop the agency's activity by managing the customer relationship and actively building your portfolio.

Committed advice & Satisfaction: You support your clients in realizing their most beautiful travel projects thanks to personalized, passionate and committed advice, ensuring their satisfaction in the long term.

Management & Local animation: You drive the commercial performance of the agency and initiate concrete actions to boost activity (events, commercial animation, local partnerships, loyalty).

Visibility & E-reputation: You develop the reach of the agency and its digital presence, particularly by valuing customer reviews in a strong logic of recommendation.

Territorial anchoring: You create links with the Lyonnais ecosystem (partners, prescribers, local networks) to make the agency shine in its region.

Organization & Structuring: You orchestrate the organization of the team and participate in the progressive structuring of the activity.

Your profile: Experience

You have proven experience of more than 10 years in a travel agency, ideally as an Agency Manager or Senior Consultant with mastery of the Amadeus GDS

Commercial flair: You have a keen sense of sales and customer relations, with a demonstrated ability to develop and sustain business.

Excellence & Quality: You are demanding regarding the quality of advice and the excellence of the customer experience.

What we offer you: Contract: Full-time CDI.

Remuneration: Fixed salary starting from 30 K€ gross per year (depending on profile and experience), supplemented by a stimulating variable portion based on objectives.
