CFO CFA Activity Manager (M/F)

The role

As a CFO/CFA Activity Manager, you are the operational, commercial, and financial head of your structure.

Your days will revolve around 3 pillars

Commercial Development: You maintain and develop your own portfolio of clients (tertiary, industrial, local) for small electrical work contracts and photovoltaic solutions.

Profit Center Management: As a true manager, you steer your budgets, your overheads, and ensure the financial monitoring of your projects while guaranteeing their profitability.

Talent Management: You recruit, integrate, and support the development of your employees. Your goal? Manage through coaching and help your team unleash their talents on a daily basis.

The profile we're looking for

Education: Technical background (minimum Bac+2 in electrical engineering / electrotechnics).

Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Senior Business Manager, Group Leader, or Activity Manager).

Key Skills: Mastery of electrical work techniques, a strong taste for field and local sales, rigor in budget management.

The big "+": You have an interest or solid competence in the field of Photovoltaics.
