ACTUAL EXPERTS GRANDE DISTRIBUTION Paris is a subsidiary of the Actual group. We are experts in recruiting profiles for food trades. We are looking for a Bakery Pastry Manager (M/F) for our clients located in the 91 area near Arpajon.YOUR MISSIONS:

• Manage and lead the team: organize work, establish schedules, support employees and develop their skills.
• Drive commercial activity: develop turnover and profitability, optimize merchandising and guarantee an attractive and qualitative offer.
• Manage purchases and stocks: ensure orders, optimize stock levels and limit shortages and overstock.
• Supervise production: plan manufacturing, adapt volumes to sales and guarantee the freshness, quality and availability of products.
• Monitor department performance: analyze key indicators (turnover, margin, breakage, shrinkage, productivity, shortages) and implement corrective actions.
• Guarantee quality and safety: ensure compliance with HACCP standards, traceability, DLC/DDM as well as hygiene and safety procedures.

Hours: Daytime work

Remuneration: €2,400 gross minimum, variable according to experience + 13th month.
