The role

Job description

Reporting to the Team Leader, your mission will be to inspect mechanical parts within the Inspection department of our factory in Marmande (47).

Mission description

Prepare and carry out inspection operations

Perform inspections on parts at the end of production and during inter-operations.
Isolate and alert in case of non-conformity.
Prepare Three-Dimensional Measuring Machines (probe calibration, alignment, first-level maintenance).
Fill out manufacturing tracking documents.
Know how to launch 3D inspection programs while respecting instruction files.

Pre-analyze results

Respect quality procedures in case of observed non-conformity.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment rules.

The profile we're looking for

What we will like about you is your ease with reading and interpreting plans and control charts. You master the use of ERP software, office tools, and communication. Previous experience with Calypso software and Zeiss machines would be an appreciated advantage. Ideally, you have already worked in the aeronautics field.

You are enthusiastic about collaborating in a team while being autonomous, and you enjoy being directly involved in the field.
