General job description

The fishmonger works with seafood products. They are responsible for the purchase, processing, and sale of fish, seafood, and crustaceans. They master the hygiene standards in force for their profession.

Career prospects: The fishmonger can set up their own business or, through training, become a Department Manager in a supermarket, fish shop employee, fish wholesaler, or even a salesperson in an import-export company.

Your background

You have a CAP/BEP diploma in fishmongery, fish wholesaling, or food industry. You have experience in a similar position.
