Job offer : IT Intervention Planners (M/F)

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a digital services company, an Operational Manager / IT Intervention Planner (M/F) for a 3-month temporary assignment in St Herblain (44).

Start date: as soon as possible

You will work within the framework of managed services and local IT support missions.

Your main missions will be as follows

• Schedule appointments with users and provide them with all the necessary information for the successful completion of the intervention
• Ensure the availability of workstations with the lead technician
• Plan team interventions in line with user requests and production constraints (logistical and operational)
• Aim to maintain optimum team productivity
• Update tracking tools to enable the publication of production indicators

Profile sought:Experience and Training

• With a higher education degree in Management, Management Assistance, Logistics, or IT, you have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position (planning or dispatch in an IT service department / ESN / telecoms)
• Previous experience in a service center or in an IT managed services environment would be a real plus

Technical skills

• Mastery of planning tools and schedule management tools
• Ability to manage technician occupancy rates
• Good understanding of local support and workstation deployment issues (mastering, stock, logistical constraints)

Working hours: 37h/week

• Monday to Friday

Remuneration: 13.74 / 14.83 € gross per hour
