Collections Agent (M/F)

The role

The collections agent, based on financial and commercial procedures

Prevents and limits bad debt risks by negotiating amicably, if necessary, with the client on specific payment and outstanding management conditions
Ensures an interface with sales departments and collection service providers for the resolution of customer billing disputes
Manages bad debt files in litigation with our external providers by optimizing the quality and efficiency of the collections made

Job benefits: Work-life balance: A stable 35-hour rhythm (08:00-12:00 / 13:00-16:00). Remuneration: €1,900 gross + 13th month. Bonus: Restaurant vouchers worth €9.
