As part of the end-of-year holidays, we are recruiting to strengthen our clients' teams during this festive period!

YOUR MISSIONS:

• Select and measure the ingredients necessary for preparations,
• Mix and prepare the various culinary products and ingredients,
• Carry out the baking of pastry products, confectionery, and chocolate pieces,
• Assemble and decorate pastry products,
• Maintain and clean your workstation,
• Strictly comply with hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety rules. Job information: Contract type: Temporary work

Profile sought:

• Pastry training with at least a CAP level, or equivalent professional experience,
• Solid knowledge of pastry techniques,
• Ability to work autonomously. Technical skills:
• Mastery of basic pastry and preparation techniques,
• Mastery of ingredient dosing and mixing,
• Knowledge of baking techniques,
• Assembly and decoration techniques. Your assets:
• You are rigorous, dynamic, and have a sense of customer service,
• You enjoy teamwork and customer contact,
• You are available to work in staggered hours, as well as weekends and public holidays.
