**ACTUAL EXPERTS GRANDE DISTRIBUTION Paris is a subsidiary of the Actual group. We are experts in recruiting profiles for food industry trades. We are looking for a Pastry Chef (M/F) for our client located in **Dreux (28)****
**As part of the end-of-year holidays, we are recruiting to strengthen our clients' teams during this festive period!**
### YOUR MISSIONS:
- Select and measure the ingredients necessary for preparations,
- Mix and prepare the various culinary products and ingredients,
- Carry out the baking of pastry products, confectionery, and chocolate pieces,
- Assemble and decorate pastry products,
- Maintain and clean your workstation,
- Strictly comply with hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety rules. **Job information:** **Contract type**: Temporary work
**Hourly rate**: 13€ + Travel allowance **Mobility**: As part of your assignments, you may be required to work in different stores depending on business needs. The ACTUAL EXPERTS advantages:

## **The profile we're looking for**
### Profile sought:
- Pastry training with at least a CAP level, or equivalent professional experience,
- Solid knowledge of pastry techniques,
- Ability to work autonomously. **Technical skills:**
- Mastery of basic pastry and preparation techniques,
- Mastery of ingredient dosing and mixing,
- Knowledge of baking techniques,
- Assembly and decoration techniques. **Your assets:**
- You are rigorous, dynamic, and have a sense of customer service,
- You enjoy teamwork and customer contact,
- You are available to work in staggered hours, as well as weekends and public holidays.
