Job offer : Pastry Chef (M/F)

The ACTUAL EXPERTS GD LILLE agency is actively looking for one of its clients for a passionate Pastry Chef (M/F), based in Englos (59320).

As part of this temporary mission starting in November, you will work on a 35-hour per week basis.

Your main missions

You will be in charge of preparing pastries by mixing ingredients with precision while scrupulously respecting established recipes. You will actively participate in stocking your creations and will play a privileged advisory role for our customers. Finally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the sales area and equipment, in strict compliance with current hygiene and safety standards.

To excel as a Pastry Chef (M/F), you ideally have training such as a CAP or BP Pâtissier, demonstrating your technical know-how.

Your rigor and creativity allow you to create fine pastries, desserts, and high-quality viennoiseries while scrupulously respecting food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).

We are looking for a passionate candidate, endowed with significant experience in a laboratory or boutique, capable of working effectively in a team while demonstrating excellent organizational management to meet production deadlines.
