Job offer : Metrologist (M/F)

The Actual Lognes agency is recruiting a metrology technician (M/F) for one of its clients for a position based in Torcy (77200). Your missions:

• Participation in machining operations-
• Technical monitoring on the rectification line (adjustment, machining control, securing series startups)
• Participation in the optimization of rectification processes and the reduction of non-conformities
• . Micron control: perform final and sorting checks on parts with very high tolerance (to the nearest micron).
• Manufacturing, calibration, and verification of specific control pins and assemblies.
• Drafting and updating of control sheets, management of non-conformity sheets, monitoring of the quality plan and ISO 9001 procedures.

The position requires great versatility between the control laboratory, ISO 9001 quality management, and direct support to the manufacturing workshop.

To fill the position of METROLOGY TECHNICIAN (M/F), you have confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years in the precision mechanics sector in fields such as the medical, aeronautical, and space sectors, as well as perfect knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management.

Education: from BAC+2 to BAC+3 (DUT/BUT GMP, BTS CPRP, industrial design or control/metrology)

You have proven experience in three-dimensional control, industrial metrology, and quality approaches in an aeronautical/advanced mechanics environment.

You have perfect mastery of metrology laboratory equipment (measuring column, micrometer, high-precision comparator, profile projectors, pin). Excellent knowledge of ISO/GPS dimensioning standards and ISO 9001 requirements.

You are a rigorous person with a keen eye for detail. Versatile, with good interpersonal skills.
