Job offer : Assistant Auto Center Manager (M/F)

Join a dynamic team in Guadeloupe! Actual is looking for an Assistant Auto Center Manager (m/f).

Your main missions

You ensure the daily organization and monitoring of the workshop's activity while supervising and supporting your employees. You are the primary contact for customers: from welcoming and advising to managing quotes, repair orders, and invoicing. You actively participate in technical interventions such as mounting, balancing, tire geometry, as well as oil changes, braking, and battery services. Finally, you ensure proper stock management and strict compliance with safety rules.

Profile sought

You have solid experience in an auto center or workshop and have already held a first management position. Recognized for your leadership, rigor, and commercial sense, you master IT tools. A driver's license (B) is mandatory for this position.

Job conditions

You will work from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of activity on Saturday mornings depending on the schedule. The geographical area covers Baie-Mahault and its surroundings, with possible travel throughout Guadeloupe as needed.

To fill the position of Assistant Auto Center Manager, we are looking for a person with a strong customer service orientation and a real ability to support a team on a daily basis. Previous experience in team management in the automotive or maintenance sector is highly appreciated to ensure the smooth operation of the center.

The ideal candidate masters sales and consulting techniques, while ensuring rigorous management of performance indicators and intervention scheduling. You ideally possess a Bac+2 degree in management or automotive mechanics, complemented by interpersonal skills and natural leadership that will allow you to motivate your employees towards operational excellence.
