The role

ACTUAL QUIMPER is looking for a talent to join a major player in the automotive sector as an Industrial Production Line Operator (M/F).

At the heart of the production department, you will work in collaboration with various departments to carry out the following missions:

Supervise and adjust production
Use production tracking and maintenance software
Ensure product compliance and quality
Ensure compliance with specifications and production rates
React with speed and efficiency
Be vigilant in the execution of tasks

Hours: 2-shift system (2X8) from Monday to Friday

Remuneration

Hourly rate: To be defined during the interview
Meal vouchers of 10.20 € for day shifts
Night shift allowance (if night hours)
Transport allowances
13th-month bonus
Team bonus of 6.40€ per day
End-of-assignment bonus

The profile we're looking for

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Line Operator (M/F). The ideal profile must possess technical expertise and be capable of effectively managing a production line.

Required skills include advanced mastery of production processes and the ability to perform technical adjustments on machines. Particular attention is paid to the ability to quickly resolve problems in order to minimize production interruptions.

The candidate must also demonstrate skills in team management and be capable of working under pressure while respecting safety and quality standards.

Previous experience in a similar role as well as in-depth knowledge of industrial equipment are strongly desired.

You have successful initial experience in a similar position and/or a diploma in line operation (CQP Line or Machine Operator, Bac pro Production Line Pilot...)
