The role

Our specialized Engineering teams support a panel of clients based in Île-de-France, the North, and the Grand-Est regions, in the mobility, defense, and aeronautics sectors.

In this capacity, we are recruiting our future IVVQ / Test and Validation Engineer on a permanent contract (CDI).

As part of complex industrial projects, we are looking for profiles capable of intervening in the integration, verification, validation, and qualification phases of technical systems.

The objective is to verify that the developed system meets client requirements and functions correctly before delivery, commissioning, or final integration.

Start date: September 2026

You will be directly under contract with our intellectual service company Actual Talent Services, located in La Défense, and report hierarchically to your business manager.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows (non-exhaustive list)

Analyze technical and functional requirements, Prepare test plans and validation strategies, Write test procedures, Perform tests on benches, simulators, platforms, or real systems, Identify, analyze, and track anomalies, Participate in integration and validation campaigns, Verify requirement coverage, Write validation reports, Work with system, software, hardware, safety, and project teams.

The profile we're looking for

Engineering degree or Master's degree in embedded systems, electronics, industrial computing, automation, or equivalent. First experience or significant internship in IVVQ, validation, testing, or system integration. Profile with 0 to 5 years of experience.
