Job offer : Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager (M/F)

Are you an expert in payroll management and looking to put your skills to use in a dynamic environment? Your Actual agency is looking for a Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager (M/F) for a replacement mission located in Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray.

Your main missions

Within a dedicated team, you will be in charge of entering and checking payroll variables as well as fully processing payslips before transfer. You will play an essential advisory role for employees, while ensuring rigorous administrative monitoring of sick leave, work accidents, paid leave, and bad weather. You will also be responsible for preparing charge statements and updating HR dashboards in strict compliance with confidentiality.

Profile sought

Ideally from a specialized training in payroll management, you have solid experience of at least 5 years, ideally acquired in the construction sector. Proficiency in IT tools and payroll software is essential to carry out these missions successfully.

Job conditions

The mission will begin on November 16, 2026 for an initial duration until December 18, with a possibility of extension. You will work on a basis of 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM / 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM).
