Job offer : Industrial Electromechanic (M/F)

Presentation: Position available as a permanent contract (CDI) in an industrial agri-food company located near Dadonville, within a human-sized site (30 people) belonging to a national and international group.

As part of a replacement for a retirement, we are looking for an Industrial Electromechanic (M/F) to join a dynamic and experienced maintenance team.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, and integrated into a dynamic and close-knit team of 4 people, you will work on all site equipment in compliance with safety and hygiene rules.

Missions:

• Carry out curative, preventive, and predictive maintenance interventions on the installations
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the preventive maintenance plan
• Diagnose breakdowns, analyze the causes of malfunctions, and propose sustainable solutions
• Ensure the proper execution of maintenance work within the allotted time
• Technically monitor interventions in connection with other team members
• Contribute to the reliability and performance of the equipment

Other information:

• Day work, 35h / week
• 1 week of on-call duty per month
• Salary: 2300 to 2600 euros gross over 13 months, depending on profile and experience
• On-call bonus: 209 euros / month
• Profit-sharing (200 to 300 euros / year)

Profile sought:

• BTS MAI training or equivalent in industrial maintenance
• First experience of at least 2 years in an industrial environment (including work-study)
• Solid skills in electricity and mechanics
• Rigor, method, good communication skills, and team spirit
• Ability to prioritize and work independently on technical interventions
