Job presentationWe are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead our construction sites located in Courrières and its surroundings.

As a true operational pillar, you will ensure the overall management of the sites entrusted to you, from preparation to the acceptance of the work, in compliance with deadlines, budgets, and safety rules.

Your main missions

Preparation and organization: Study of technical files, work planning, choice of materials, and consultation of subcontractors.

Site management and monitoring: Supervision of internal teams and subcontractors, leading site meetings, and monitoring work progress.

Financial and administrative management: Budget monitoring of sites, management of work progress reports, invoicing, and participation in financial meetings.

Safety and quality: Ensuring strict compliance with health and safety instructions (SST, PPSPS) and guaranteeing the quality of the work execution.

Client relations: Representing the company to project managers, clients, and architects.

Remuneration and BenefitsHourly rate: €29.27 gross per hour

Gross monthly salary: €4,439.53 (paid over 13 months)

Profile soughtExperience: You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Construction Manager position, ideally in the BTP sector.

Know-how: Solid technical skills in building, mastery of site management, figures, and current regulations.
