The role
Under the responsibility of a team leader or site manager, your main missions will be as follows
- Read and analyze execution plans, set out the works, and prepare interventions,
- Create formwork adapted to the structures (traditional, panels, decks) and integrate the necessary elements into the concrete structures,
- Pour, implement, surface, and check the quality of the concrete after stripping,
- Install and assemble prefabricated elements, then carry out repair work if necessary,
- Ensure the handling of materials and products in compliance with safety rules and operating procedures,
- Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness of the workstation, and safety on the site.
The profile we're looking for
You have experience in executing works (industrial, structural, functional, housing). You are mobile, have your own vehicle, and possess a B driving license. Our sites are mainly located in the Pays de la Loire region.
You have a good team spirit, organizational skills, and great motivation. You know how to demonstrate autonomy. You can read plans, do tracing and marking with extreme precision. You have a good knowledge of safety rules and instructions on a construction site.
As a "Swiss Army knife" type and curious person, you enjoy working on different trades.
