The role

We are looking for an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Site Manager (M/F)After-sales service / Maintenance department-SECTOR Basque Coast (Pyrénées Atlantiques, 64)

Your missions

Site preparation

Review the technical file (plans, diagrams, specifications, etc.)

Participate in work planning with the project manager / account manager
Organize the supply of equipment and tools in collaboration with the logistics team
Verify the conformity of deliveries and store them on-site

Operational management

Plan and distribute tasks within the team

Supervise, motivate, and support team members on a daily basis.

Ensure the proper integration of new employees and temporary staff.

Organize work according to progress and schedule objectives

Manage needs for tools, materials, and consumables.

Ensure the proper execution of installations.

Check the conformity of work with plans and technical standards
Fill out quality control sheets
Inform the project manager / account manager daily of progress

Quality, safety, environment monitoring

Guarantee the application of safety rules on the site (PDP / PPSPS, PPE, signage...)

Participate in safety talks and risk analyses.

Identify and report non-conformities and incidents

Ensure cleanliness and order at the workplace.

Ensure compliance with quality and environmental procedures.

The profile we're looking for

Required skills

Required studies: Vocational Baccalaureate / BTS Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, HVAC or equivalent
Number of years of experience: 5 to 10 years minimum
Desired training: Electrical authorization, Certificate of aptitude for handling refrigerants, CACES and Working at heights
Soft skills: Curiosity, Good interpersonal skills, Rigor and Autonomy
Driving license B mandatory

Working conditions

Variable hours (on-site, respecting a MINIMUM 30-minute break and 39h00 per week)
