Job offer : Site manager (M/F)

PERMANENT CONTRACT ONLY

Actual Porto-Vecchio is looking for a Landscape Maintenance Site Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract for one of its clients, to ensure the monitoring and coordination of green space maintenance services.

You will hold a versatile position combining team management, customer relations, and technical expertise.

Your main missions will be:

• Organize, plan, and supervise green space maintenance sites.
• Manage, support, and coordinate teams in the field.
• Ensure the monitoring of services and ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety rules.
• Maintain customer relations, collect needs, and ensure follow-up of requests.
• Prepare quotes and ensure the monitoring of interventions.
• Provide technical support to teams when needed and propose solutions adapted to the problems encountered on sites.

Working conditions:

• Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM from Monday to Thursday and 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM on Friday (including 1 hour break) /!\ Work on Saturdays starting from March/April
• Remuneration: According to profile and experience
• Start date: As soon as possible

Position combining travel to sites, team coordination, customer follow-up, and technical support in the field.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

You have experience in the field of green spaces, ideally in landscape maintenance, and wish to evolve into a position of responsibility.

Expected skills and qualities:

• Good knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and plants.
• Ability to organize and coordinate several sites.
• Interpersonal skills and a sense of customer service.
• Ability to prepare quotes and ensure rigorous monitoring of services.
• Autonomy, responsiveness, and initiative.
• Ability to provide technical support to teams in the field.
