The role
- Before the production line starts,
- the food processing machine operator
- consults the specifications that define the production requirements
: rates, quantities to produce, required standards,
- checks and configures the computer application that controls the machine,
- adjusts the rate, temperature, pressure,
- arranges the necessary accessories and supplies the machine with raw materials.
During production, they
- monitors the production line and ensures that the defined parameters remain stable,
- performs random sampling to ensure that the products comply with the specifications.
At the end of production, they
- cleans and maintains their machine park,
- reports the results obtained and the technical incidents observed.
