The role
Are you looking for a position where your knife skills are truly recognized and valued? Our Actual agency is recruiting a Deboner (M/F) for butchery meats for a renowned agri-food industry in the sector.
Your missionsDeboning, trimming, and cutting meat pieces (beef, pork) according to technical specifications.
Compliance with material yields and production rates.
Sharpening and maintenance of your cutting tools.
Strict application of hygiene (HACCP), traceability, and safety rules.
Your working conditionsHours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday, afternoons free).
Environment: work in a tempered/cold workshop (2°C to 4°C), personal protective equipment provided (chainmail, apron, gloves).
Remuneration: attractive hourly wage negotiated according to your experience and technical skills.
The profile we're looking for
Profile soughtYou have a first successful experience in deboning (slaughterhouse, industrial cutting workshop, or traditional butcher shop).
You master knife work, know muscular anatomy, and have a sense of precision.
You are rigorous, autonomous, and accustomed to working in a cold environment.
