The role

Reporting to the Technical Center Manager, you will ensure the operational management of the workshop and guarantee the quality of interventions carried out on collection vehicles and equipment.

As a true local manager, you will support technical teams on a daily basis while ensuring activity performance and compliance with customer commitments.

  • Your missions:

    Workshop activity management

    Organize and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance interventions
  • Plan workshop activity based on priorities and customer deadlines
  • Guarantee the quality of repairs and compliance with technical procedures
  • Monitor performance indicators and optimize workshop productivity
  • Team management

    Supervise, support, and lead workshop technicians
  • Develop skills and ensure the expertise growth of teams
  • Foster a collaborative work climate and a strong safety culture
  • Ensure compliance with HSE rules and quality standards
  • Customer relations and operational management

    Ensure rigorous monitoring of interventions and customer satisfaction
  • Be the primary contact for customers on technical and operational issues
  • Participate in the preparation of quotes and administrative file tracking
  • Guarantee the availability of parts and resources necessary for the activity
  • Continuous improvement

    Identify areas for improvement in workshop processes
  • Participate in optimization and performance initiatives for the technical center
  • Contribute to the reliability and service quality of FAUN equipment

The profile we're looking for

With a technical background in industrial maintenance, heavy vehicle mechanics, or electromechanics, you have significant experience in workshop management or supervising technical teams.

Ideally, you have worked in the sectors of heavy goods vehicles, industrial vehicles, special machinery, or industrial maintenance.
