Job offer : Workshop Manager (M/F)

Your main missions

As the true conductor of production, your role will be to lead and supervise your teams on a daily basis. You will be responsible for optimizing the workload plan by allocating human resources and ensuring the skills development of your employees. You will also conduct individual interviews while ensuring strict compliance with internal regulations and safety instructions.

Practical information

The candidate possesses good leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to drive performance indicators while ensuring compliance with safety and quality rules.

You are recognized for your sense of organization, your responsiveness to unforeseen events, and your ability to support the skills development of your employees within a demanding industrial environment.
