Job offer : Integration Project Manager (M/F)

Your mission is twofold: you will have to ensure company/partner relations & welcome and support the public in integration. Your main activities will be as follows:

• Ensure the recruitment of candidates eligible for the "insertion through economic activity" scheme,
• Field and telephone commercial prospecting,
• Ensure delegation to companies and follow-up of missions,
• Respond to the needs of user companies and offer them new candidates,
• Support staff in their professional integration path,
• Participate in various projects and partnership actions (forum, job dating, etc.),
• Carry out the various reports (oeth, social clauses, asp, etc.).

Position to be filled quickly and based in Saint Denis 93 - 34/36k€

• Monday to Friday office hours
• Duration 1 year (replacement).

With a CIP or work psychology background, you already have significant experience both in supporting people with integration difficulties and in commercial prospecting. You feel ready to demonstrate your skills in the field with complete autonomy. Your listening skills, analytical mind, taste for human contact, and sense of service are all qualities you possess.

Person with a MANDATORY driving license.
