Job offer : Customer Service Representative (M/F)

Our client, a large international group offering service and benefit solutions to company employees and a pioneer in its organization, focused on collaborative participation, respect for the environment, and well-being at work, is looking for remote customer relationship representatives for its customer service department due to an increase in activity to prepare for the end of the year.

Within a team of 6 employees, you are responsible for managing “Multi-Channel” requests (receiving calls, emails, chat, mail) from professional clients regarding complaints and issues related to B to B service voucher orders.

As the true project manager for handling requests in their entirety, you take charge of various issues: order management, resolution of level 2 and 3 disputes... which you carry through to their completion or resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction for each one. These tasks also require inter-departmental relations as well as computer reporting of actions (CRM tools);

URGENT - 3-month temporary mission - 2250 euros/month + 150 euros attendance bonus + performance bonus

With a Bac +2 level, you have initial positive experience in remote customer relations. Endowed with interpersonal skills, you enjoy guiding, supporting, and assisting diverse interlocutors and find satisfaction in satisfying them. Comfortable with office and computer tools, you are quickly able to master new software applications and particularly enjoy teamwork.
