Job offer : Banking Customer Representative (M/F)

Your main mission will be to ensure optimal service quality, in line with the agency's service project, and to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities

• Contribute to the highest level of service and reception within the agency.
• Ensure the rapid handling of customer requests, by processing them or directing them to the appropriate contacts.
• Promote the use of digital tools and services by offering assistance, support, and educational guidance to customers.
• Set up and maintain communication materials at the point of sale (signage, brochures, promotional displays).
• Report any malfunctions to the agency manager and participate in finding suitable solutions.
• Process routine banking operations (scanning checks, intervening on ATMs, etc.) in accordance with internal procedures.
• Maintain constant vigilance regarding banking risks (credit, compliance, operational, etc.) and comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing guidelines.
