## **The role**

Your main mission will be to ensure optimal service quality, in line with the agency's service project, and to guarantee customer satisfaction.

### Main responsibilities

- Contribute to the highest level of service and reception within the agency.
- Ensure the rapid handling of customer requests, by processing them or directing them to the appropriate contacts.
- Promote the use of digital tools and services by offering assistance, support, and educational guidance to customers.
- Set up and maintain communication materials at the point of sale (signage, brochures, promotional displays).
- Report any malfunctions to the agency manager and participate in finding suitable solutions.
- Process routine banking operations (scanning checks, intervening on ATMs, etc.) in accordance with internal procedures.
- Maintain constant vigilance regarding banking risks (credit, compliance, operational, etc.) and comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing guidelines.
