The role
The Actual agency in Rambouillet is looking for Archivists (M/F) for one of its clients located in Trappes.
You will work within a warehouse for the storage and processing of archive files. During this assignment, you will be required to perform the following tasks:
- Search for files in the warehouse using a defined list.
- Check the compliance of lists and files (number, quality of documents).
- Verify documents and handle a computer scanner.
- Handling.
- Filing, sorting.Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:15 AM to 4:35 PM. Full-time: 36 hours per week. Salary: 1,867.02 euros gross per month + restaurant vouchers of 10 euros per day worked.
The profile we're looking for
We are looking for an organized and methodical Archivist (M/F) for our client, capable of managing the collection, classification, and preservation of documents with precision.
The ideal candidate has a higher education degree in library science or archival studies and possesses initial successful experience in the field.
Proficiency in preservation standards as well as excellent ease with Electronic Document Management (EDM) tools are essential to carry out your missions.
Endowed with a great sense of rigor and confidentiality, you demonstrate exemplary autonomy and a real analytical spirit in the processing of documentary collections.
