## **The role**

The Actual agency in Rambouillet is looking for Archivists (M/F) for one of its clients located in Trappes.

You will work within a warehouse for the storage and processing of archive files. During this assignment, you will be required to perform the following tasks:

- Search for files in the warehouse using a defined list.
- Check the compliance of lists and files (number, quality of documents).
- Verify documents and handle a computer scanner.
- Handling.
- Filing, sorting.Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:15 AM to 4:35 PM. Full-time: 36 hours per week. Salary: 1,867.02 euros gross per month + restaurant vouchers of 10 euros per day worked.

## **The profile we're looking for**

We are looking for an organized and methodical **Archivist (M/F)** for our client, capable of managing the collection, classification, and preservation of documents with precision.

The ideal candidate has a higher education degree in **library science or archival studies** and possesses initial successful experience in the field.

Proficiency in **preservation standards** as well as excellent ease with **Electronic Document Management (EDM) tools** are essential to carry out your missions.

Endowed with a great sense of **rigor and confidentiality**, you demonstrate exemplary autonomy and a real analytical spirit in the processing of documentary collections.
