Job offer : Collection and Delivery Agent (M/F)

The ACTUAL Roussillon agency is recruiting for its client, a historic player in postal services, a collection and delivery agent for businesses (M/F) in Saint-Maurice-l'Exil. MANDATORY CRITERIA BEFORE APPLYING:

• Mandatory B driving license: Holder of a B license for more than 2 years (daily driving of a light commercial vehicle).
• Hours & Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM with a lunch break, as well as 1 Saturday out of 2 worked. +
• Professional relationship: Neat appearance and politeness (direct contact with BtoB professionals).
• Driving & Punctuality: Smooth driving in town and business areas, strict adherence to collection time slots.
• Orientation & Memory: Ability to quickly memorize company access points, delivery docks, and instructions.
• Mastery of French: Quick reading, rigor on delivery slips, and easy exchange with contacts.
• Mobility: Total autonomy to start on site in Saint-Maurice-l'Exil from 7:30 AM.

Your main missions

• Delivery to companies: Morning delivery of letters, registered mail, and parcels to receptions or dedicated company departments.
• Collection from companies: Picking up mail and parcels prepared by professional clients for shipment.
• Traceability: Volume control, signing, and digital validation on a professional smartphone.
• Closing at the center: Unloading collections for routing and returning the service vehicle.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Contract: Full-time interim mission (35h/week).
• Salary: €12.31 gross/h + supplement €1.08 gross/h = €13.39 gross/h (€16.20 gross/h with IFM and ICP).
• Bonuses: Monthly bonus (€16.00 gross/month) + Family supplement + Mileage allowances.
• Catering: Meal vouchers €10 (60% employer contribution).
• Resources: Commercial vehicle and computer equipment provided.
