Job offer : Collection and Delivery Agent (M/F)

The ACTUAL Roussillon agency is recruiting for its client, a historic player in postal and local services, a business collection and delivery agent (M/F) in the Laveyron area.

MANDATORY CRITERIA BEFORE APPLYING

Valid driving license (Permis B) required: Must have held a category B license for over 2 years (daily driving of a light commercial vehicle).

Schedule & Saturdays: Availability for split shifts: 7:40 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:50 PM - 4:35 PM with a lunch break, as well as working every other Saturday.

Customer relations: Impeccable presentation and politeness (direct contact with professionals).

Driving ease & Punctuality: Smooth driving in town and countryside, strict adherence to time slots agreed with clients.

Sense of direction & Memory: Ability to quickly locate business entrances, delivery docks, and instructions.

Mastery of French: Quick reading, filling out slips, and easy communication with contacts.

Mobility: Total autonomy to get to the site in Laveyron by 7:40 AM.

Your main tasks

Business delivery (morning): Morning delivery of mail, registered letters, and parcels to receptions or dedicated company departments.

Business collection (afternoon): Picking up mail and parcels prepared by clients for shipment.

Traceability: Volume control, signing slips, and digital validation on a professional smartphone.

Closing at the center: Unloading collections for transport and returning the vehicle.

Remuneration & Benefits

Contract: Full-time temporary mission (35h/week).

Salary: €12.31 gross/h + hourly supplement €1.08 gross/h = €13.39 gross/h (€16.20 gross/h with 10% IFM and 10% ICP).

Bonuses: Monthly bonus (€16.00 gross/month) + Family supplement + Mileage allowance.

Catering: €10 meal vouchers (60% covered by the employer).

Resources: Commercial vehicle and IT equipment provided.
