Job offer : Experienced CNC Turner/Miller (M/F)

ACTUAL PESSAC TERTIAIRE AERONAUTIQUE is looking for one of its clients specializing in the aeronautics sector for CNC TURNERS/MILLERS (M/F).

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be in charge of producing mechanical parts on 3, 4, and 5-axis machining centers.

You will be required to

• Follow and execute the machining program
• Perform tests and make adjustments
• Carry out the preparation, verification, assembly, and disassembly of cutting tools (shrink fitting, collet, measuring bench)
• Proceed with CNC adjustments and adjust cutting tools
• Anticipate and solve problems in collaboration with the team leader
• Inspect parts and guarantee their compliance and quality
• Fill out manufacturing files, technical documentation, and control documents
• Perform 1st level maintenance

You will work on large-scale parts, on FANUC and MAZAK machines.

2x8 shift schedule: 5:40 AM - 1:10 PM // 12:50 PM - 8:20 PM

Position based in Mérignac. Remuneration according to profile and experience + 13th month + meal vouchers.

With a degree in mechanics (Bac Pro Machining Technician or equivalent), you have solid experience in a similar position.

You are autonomous in the manufacturing of parts, the modification of programs, and the adjustment of machines/changing of tools.
