The role
The Actual Experts agency is recruiting a Butcher (M/F) on a permanent contract to join a dynamic team in Saint-Malo.
Passionate about meat processing, you bring your technical expertise to ensure quality products while strictly adhering to professional standards.
Main missions
- Perform cutting, deboning, and meat preparation tasks.
- Ensure the presentation and enhancement of products on display.
- Rigorously apply hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP).
Job conditions
- Contract type: Full-time permanent contract (CDI).
- Working hours: 36.75 hours / week.
- Remuneration: 13.37 € / hour.
- Location: Saint-Malo.
The profile we're looking for
We are looking for a candidate with solid skills and a high level of professionalism.
It is essential that the candidate has excellent mastery of cutting techniques and in-depth knowledge of different types of meat.
Great attention to detail is essential to ensure product quality.
The candidate must also have proven experience in stock management and be able to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
A good understanding of hygiene and safety standards is essential for this position.
Furthermore, we value candidates who possess customer service skills to ensure positive interaction with clients.
