The role

Our client is a committed agricultural cooperative, deeply rooted in Lorraine, which supports more than 360 employees and its farmer members every day towards the success of their farms.

In a context of changing agriculture, it is strengthening its team and recruiting a Technical Sales Representative for Agricultural Machinery (M/F), a true trusted partner for farmers in the region.

Your missions:

As a technical and commercial contact in your sector, you will be responsible for

Managing and developing a portfolio of professional clients (local authorities, companies, landscapers)
Maintaining a strong and high-quality commercial link with your clients and implementing corrective actions if necessary
Actively participating in the Group's commercial strategy and achieving the objectives set by Management
Ensuring an impeccable representation of the Group during events and demonstrations
Providing technical, regulatory, and pricing advice on our products and services
Ensuring compliance with commercial procedures (CRM tool, planning, sales management...)

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought

Minimum Bac+2 education in commerce, agriculture, or agricultural machinery
Successful experience in a similar position desired
Good knowledge of the agricultural sector and/or agricultural machinery
Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, and honesty
Sense of autonomy, adaptability, and flexibility
Mastery of computer tools (office automation, software dedicated to the activity)
Knowledge of financing solutions appreciated
