Job offer : Agricultural Machinery Technician (M/F)

Our client, an agricultural cooperative with 360 employees dedicated to supporting its farmer members throughout Lorraine, is looking for an Agricultural Machinery Technician (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI) as part of its development. The position is located near Bayon.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will work within a dynamic, caring, and highly professional team.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Ensure the assembly, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Maintain relationships with farmer members and provide them with advice
• Depending on your profile and preference, you will have the choice to occupy this position in the workshop or in the field (in this case, the scope of intervention remains departmental, with no overnight stays).

Indicative remuneration: 28,000 to 36,000 euros gross / year, negotiable according to profile and experience. Profit-sharing (which corresponds to a 13th month) + advantageous family health insurance

Profile sought:

• With a technical background, you are a beginner or experienced and have a successful first experience as a mechanical technician on agricultural machinery or in a related sector (mechanical work on construction, forestry, or heavy goods vehicles)
• You have excellent interpersonal skills that will allow you to build loyalty among members and work in a team.
• Knowledge of the agricultural sector is an asset but not mandatory.
