Job offer : After-Sales Technician (M/F)

ACTUAL Quimper BTP/ Shipbuilding is looking for an After-Sales Technician (M/F) for one of its clients specializing in carpentry work, for a mission located in Quimper and its surroundings.

Start: As soon as possible

Hourly rate: €13.61 - €15.85 depending on skills (possibility to negotiate upwards) + Meal allowance €12.30

Weekly hours: 35H + (Overtime)

Within a dedicated team, you will be the key contact to ensure customer satisfaction through the quality of your interventions.

Your main missions

You will be responsible for diagnosing breakdowns, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of carpentry. You will work on adjusting motorized and home automation equipment, as well as repairing entrance and garage doors. Your expertise will allow you to identify sealing or insulation problems and carry out the necessary part replacements to ensure optimal operation after each intervention.

Academically, we expect training validated by a BEP/CAP or training in carpentry, demonstrating your solid technical foundations.

Mastery of your trade, combined with an excellent sense of customer service, will be decisive in ensuring the quality of our interventions and user satisfaction.
