Job offer : Product Quality Technician (M/F)

Reporting to the Quality Department, you will ensure the operational management of product quality, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, internal procedures, and aeronautical compliance standards.

Your main missions

• Manage product quality: interpret control plans, analyze results, validate control reports, and contribute to decisions regarding product compliance.
• Handle non-conformities: identify anomalies, search for root causes, and define appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct quality analyses: write associated reports and minutes, particularly according to 8D and 5P methods, and contribute to the creation of FAI/DVI files.
• Support production teams: be present in the field, explain quality requirements to operators, and involve them in problem-solving.
• Coordinate the activity of controllers: guide and support the production control team to ensure the reliability of controls and the application of procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement: participate in risk analyses, audits, and monitoring of action plans, in connection with the Quality Department and internal services.
• Ensure the quality interface with customers: participate in audits, visits, and surveys, and contribute to addressing quality issues encountered.

You have a higher technical education (Bac+2/3) in quality, metrology, mechanical engineering, or equivalent, and you have proven experience in quality in the aeronautics sector.

You know the requirements of an aeronautical and/or industrial production environment and master the fundamentals of product control, plan reading, and non-conformity handling.

Your experience allows you to

• Read and interpret technical plans and control files.
• Use measuring instruments adapted to the controls performed.
• Implement problem-solving methods such as 8D and 5P.
• Understand the constraints related to aeronautical manufacturing processes.

Beyond your technical skills, you distinguish yourself by your rigor, your analytical mind, and your attention to detail.

Comfortable in the field, you know how to communicate with different stakeholders, explain quality requirements, and advance actions with pragmatism and diplomacy.

Your autonomy, your responsiveness, and your ability to work in a team will be assets for success in this position.

A level of technical English allowing you to read and understand documentation is expected.
