Job offer : Maintenance Technician 5x8 (M/F)

Reporting to the Maintenance Department and the Production Manager, you will carry out preventive and curative maintenance operations on industrial equipment to ensure the availability of production facilities in compliance with safety, quality, and performance requirements.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Intervene on automated lines such as dosing and mixing systems, presses, conveyor systems, ovens, and industrial utilities (pumps, piping...).

Diagnose breakdowns and analyze technical malfunctions: Intervene in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields.

Industrial Performance: Plan and carry out maintenance via the CMMS.

Safety & QHSE: Strictly apply safety procedures related to the SEVESO environment and pyrotechnic risks in ATEX zones.

Participate in scheduled site technical shutdowns.

Collaborate with production teams and support services

Traceability: Rigorously fill out work orders (essential for Seveso regulatory monitoring).

Objectives:

. Ensure optimal availability rate of production equipment

. Respect maintenance intervention deadlines (curative and preventive)

. Reduce downtime and recurring equipment failures

. Participate in achieving the site's industrial performance indicators (OEE, reliability)

. Guarantee interventions compliant with SEVESO safety requirements

. Ensure the quality of diagnostics and repairs performed

. Maintain a high level of documentary rigor and traceability of interventions

. Contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment

. Foster effective collaboration with production and maintenance teams

Education and experience

• Holder of a technical degree in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, mechanics, hydraulics and/or pneumatics.
• First successful experience in site maintenance or Junior profile motivated by the challenge of a first important CDI position.

Expected skills

• Solid knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics/pneumatics, electrotechnics and electromechanics
• Good analytical and diagnostic skills.

• 2 days morning: 04:00 12:00
• 2 days afternoon: 12:00 20:00
• 2 days night: 20:00 04:00

4 days off

5x8 cycle over 10 weeks. Plus 2 weeks in day shift schedule.

Average monthly working time: 148 hours

• Recovery via additional rest days.

• Scheduled shutdown periods: Last week of July and first two weeks of August Week between Christmas and New Year's Day
• Telework: No, on-site only
• Fixed remuneration: approx. €2,500 gross monthly x 13 months depending on experience
