Job Essentials:

The job holder performs processing operations on vacuum deposition machines for which they are qualified, in compliance with production objectives and relevant rules and procedures. They adapt deposition parameters according to client specifications.

Your Missions:

• Receive parts to be processed, review and perform a critical analysis of the manufacturing file.
• Adjust deposition parameters according to client specifications.
• Perform tests to validate parameters for new productions.
• Carry out production operations inherent to the deposition process, in compliance with the production schedule and according to versatility.
• Record deposition parameters during production.
• Ensure quality control of production according to established procedures and using appropriate equipment (profilometer, spectrophotometer, binocular magnifier...), fill out quality documentation.
• Perform level 1 maintenance operations according to established schedules (preventive, maintenance/cleaning of equipment and workstation, renewal of consumables...).
• Be proactive in continuous improvement and participate in working groups if necessary.
