Job offer : Building Caretaker (M/F)
The role
Reporting to the Sector Manager, you will join a dynamic local team to ensure the management of a portfolio of 225 housing units. You will work in a trio within a shared lodge. This is a position oriented exclusively towards customer service, technical monitoring, and administration: the position does not involve any cleaning/maintenance tasks of common areas.
Your main missions
Customer Relations & Rental Management
Welcome, inform, and guide tenants within the shared lodge.
Collect, record, and process resident complaints.
Participate in the proper administrative maintenance of the site and the monitoring of tenant files.
Surveillance & Technical Monitoring
Ensure technical and security monitoring of the entire portfolio (225 housing units).
Order routine maintenance work and follow up with partner companies.
Check the proper execution of services (cleanliness, green spaces, technical maintenance) carried out by external companies.
Work in close synergy with your two colleagues (trio) to ensure optimal service continuity.
The profile we're looking for
You have successful experience as a Building Caretaker or Building Employee, ideally acquired within a social landlord. Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you have a sense of service and demonstrate diplomacy when dealing with tenants. Particularly appreciating teamwork (information sharing, shared lodge, trio operation), you are recognized for your organization, your responsiveness, and your rigor in administrative and technical monitoring. You are comfortable with basic computer tools for entering complaints and work orders.
Benefits & Conditions
Contract type: Replacement mission (sick leave).
Availability: Position to be filled immediately.
Location: L'Île-Saint-Denis (93)
- Marcel Cachin site.
Work environment: Management of 225 housing units in a trio with a shared lodge (position without cleaning).
Remuneration: 2,000 € gross monthly.
