HVAC Heating Technician (M/F)

The role

You are joining a large independent French group, a historical leader and recognized expert in the fields of engineering, climate engineering, and multi-technical maintenance.

In the context of strong business growth, you will join a local and tight-knit team of 4 technicians. As a true technical reference for your specialty, you will work exclusively on-site at a large-scale facility (army site) based in Agen. You will evolve within a structure that values autonomy and technical know-how.

Your missions:

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC installations (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning).
Specifically take charge of the site's heating systems (the other team members each having their own specialty).
Diagnose malfunctions and propose optimization and energy regulation solutions.
Guarantee the continuity of service of the equipment and strict compliance with the site's safety instructions.

The profile we're looking for

Required skills:

You possess solid skills and proven experience in HVAC, with a real specialization/mastery in the Heating part.
Excellent team spirit, rigor, sense of responsibility, and autonomy.

Start date: As soon as possible
Contract: Temporary work with a view to hiring (CDI) in Agen
Remuneration: 2300€-2600€/month depending on profile and experience (internal grid)
Hours: Daytime hours (fixed slot between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM) The big plus: you don't work on Friday afternoons!
Location: Position based in Agen (47) 100% sedentary (No travel)
