Job offer : Agricultural Machinery Technician (M/F)

Our client, an agricultural cooperative with 360 employees dedicated to supporting its farmer members throughout Lorraine, is looking for an Agricultural Machinery Technician (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI) as part of its development. The position is located near Rozerotte (88).

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will work within a dynamic, caring, and highly professional team.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Ensure the assembly, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Maintain relationships with farmer members and provide them with advice

Indicative remuneration

• 28,000 to 35,000 euros gross / year, negotiable according to profile and experience.

Profile sought:

• With a technical background, you are a beginner or experienced and can justify a first successful experience as a mechanical technician on agricultural machinery or in a related sector (mechanics on construction, forestry, or heavy goods vehicles)
• You have very good interpersonal skills that will allow you to build loyalty among members and work in a team.
• Knowledge of the agricultural sector is an asset but not mandatory.
• An integration and training period is planned upon your arrival.
