The role
Actual Talent Lille has been mandated by its client, a company in the industrial sector, to support it in the recruitment of its future Operational Maintenance Technician (Level 2) (M/F).
This position is intended for an intermediate maintenance technician, in charge of performing various tasks related to the preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of equipment, machines, and/or buildings.
This position is situated between a beginner and an experienced professional, with more advanced skills than a beginner, but without the level of expertise of an experienced professional.

The profile we're looking for
Education
You hold a BTS/DUT/Professional Title of a technical nature or equivalent.
Technical knowledge
You are proficient in electrical maintenance (reading plans, troubleshooting) and Pneumatics/Hydraulics/Mechanics (reading diagrams/plans, fluid power concepts/assembly logic).
Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Robotics is required.
Soft skills
You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and kindness.
You have the ability to work in a team, communicate clearly, and lead working groups (quality, HSE, production, continuous improvement).
Miscellaneous: Ability to understand technical documentation in English and to master the Office suite.
The company

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will participate in identifying and resolving problems, as well as in the continuous improvement of equipment.
Your main missions will be as follows: Corrective Maintenance: Identify the causes of common breakdowns and resolve low-complexity problems. Perform repairs and replacements of advanced components (electrical circuits, sensors, valves, motors, etc.).
Preventive/Predictive Maintenance: Participate in the implementation of maintenance programs to extend the service life of equipment. Adjust equipment to ensure its efficiency and availability.
Technical: Work on automated control systems, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC) and regulation systems. Perform basic welding tasks and repair metal structures.
CMMS and Documentation: Keep maintenance reports up to date and document repairs performed and parts replaced in the CMMS.
Safety and Quality: Respect current safety standards, wear appropriate protective equipment, and follow safety protocols.
