Job offer : Electrical Maintenance Technician 2x8 (M/F)

Presentation: Our client, a renowned industrial company and market leader, is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician 2x8 M/F, on a permanent contract (CDI), due to an increase in activity.

Your Missions:

• Guarantee the reliability and availability of installations by managing maintenance operations and anticipating intervention needs.
• Prepare and coordinate work (organization, resources, deadlines, safety, purchasing).
• Follow the maintenance plan, analyze performance gaps, and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Draft and update intervention procedures in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Information:

• Work in 2x8 (hours 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm), potentially evolving to 3x8 within a year
• Base salary: 2200 to 2550 euros gross / month
• 13th month, paid in 2 installments
• Meal vouchers 4.30 euros / day worked
• Holiday bonus: 870 euros gross per year
• St Eloi bonus: equivalent to 2 days of work payment
• Dressing and undressing bonus
• Profit-sharing: 300 to 400 euros paid per quarter, on average

• With a technical education, you have a first successful experience in industrial maintenance
