Job offer : District Heating Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Reporting to the Regional Management and the Operations Manager, you will participate in the operation, maintenance, and commissioning of energy production facilities (biomass, gas) and the thermal network.

Your duties will revolve around the following missions

Operation and maintenance of facilities

Ensure the control, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of production equipment and the network.

Carry out troubleshooting interventions and quickly resolve technical malfunctions.

Supervise and oversee external contractors and subcontractors during maintenance operations.

Operation and operational monitoring

Monitor and control operating parameters (temperatures, pressures, flow rates).

Actively participate in startup and commissioning operations on this rapidly developing network.

Use the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking interventions.

Optimization and safety

Ensure the optimization of the energy performance of the facilities.

Apply and strictly enforce environmental standards and safety rules.

Profile sought

Education: Holder of a 2-year degree (Bac+2) or a Professional License in thermal engineering, climate engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering.

Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the field of heating networks, biomass, or industrial thermal installations.

Key skills: Mastery of thermal/hydraulic equipment, diagnostic autonomy, rigor, and compliance with safety rules.

Personal qualities: You have a good team spirit, great autonomy, rigor, and interpersonal skills that facilitate teamwork and client/provider relations.
