Job offer : Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Our team of experts specializing in Construction & Industry is recruiting for its client, a national player specializing in multi-service housing maintenance, a Heating Technician (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI) in Nantes (44).

Start date: As soon as possible.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows:

• Carry out annual maintenance visits for equipment in housing units.
• Ensure the maintenance and servicing of wall-mounted gas boilers.
• Perform descaling of sanitary installations.
• Check the safety and compliance of electrical, carpentry, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose simple malfunctions and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Guarantee the quality of interventions and occupant satisfaction.

Profile:

Ideally, you have a technical background and possess solid foundations in heating and/or plumbing.

Personal qualities: Autonomy, organization, versatility, customer focus, and team spirit.

Proposed remuneration: 25-30K€ + bonuses.
