Job offer : Agricultural Building Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Our client, an agricultural cooperative with 360 employees dedicated to supporting its farmer members throughout Lorraine, is looking for an Agricultural Building Maintenance Technician (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) to replace an employee retiring. You will be based at the site in Nancy.

The geographical area of intervention is the 54 department + neighboring departments.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will work within a dynamic, caring, and highly professional team.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Carry out maintenance work within the various buildings of the cooperative: masonry, plumbing, painting, etc.
• Install machines at the cooperative members' sites (milking systems, for example)
• Perform first-level maintenance operations on agricultural machinery
• Missions and responsibilities evolve according to your skills and aspirations.

Indicative remuneration: 28,000 to 35,000 euros gross / year, negotiable according to profile and experience. Vehicle provided. Profit-sharing (equivalent to a 13th month) + Advantageous family health insurance

Profile sought:

• With a technical background, you have proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in the industrial and/or building sector.
• You have multidisciplinary technical skills, are versatile and autonomous.
• You are able to work in a mobile role.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills that will allow you to build loyalty among members and work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the agricultural sector is an asset but not mandatory.
