HVAC Operations Technician (M/F)

The role

Our team of building experts is recruiting for its client, an HVAC specialist, an Operations Technician (M/F) for a long-term temporary assignment.

Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows

Ensure the proper functioning of the installations distributed across your portfolio (collective boiler rooms)
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as the operation of the installations
Ensure the quality of interventions and customer satisfaction
Represent the company's image to clients
Participate in energy management and the energy optimization of buildings
Record activities in the provided IT tools (CMMS)
Respect safety rules and contractual commitments
Intervention on collective boiler rooms for local authorities, industrial clients, and professionals in collective and private housing.

The profile we're looking for

Education in electrotechnics, HVAC, or similar.

Expected skills: maintenance, troubleshooting analysis
Personal qualities: interpersonal skills, rigor
Proposed remuneration: 30-40K€
Start date: immediate
Travel: daily
